We are pleased to introduce new Call Center Benefit Counselors, who will be available by phone to help you enroll. During your appointment, the Call Center Benefit Counselor will:

  • Help you understand your benefit options
  • Answer any questions you may have

Complete an enrollment session with a Call Center Benefit Counselor to receive 1,000 Platform points!

It is ENCOURAGED for employees to make an appointment to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor to record their benefit elections or provide a record of declining.

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 205.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
