Onsite Benefits Counselors will be available to all staff, with advance scheduling of a 30-minute appointment. During your appointment, the Benefits Counselor will:
- Help you understand your benefit options
- Verify all dependents who need benefits
- Assist you with making your benefit elections through the online enrollment system
- Educate on the Voluntary Benefits: Trustmark Universal Life, Trustmark Critical Illness, Trustmark Accident, NEW Trustmark Hospital Stay Pay, Unum Term Life, and Unum Short Term Disability
It is REQUIRED for you to make an appointment to meet with a Benefits Counselor to record your benefits election or waiver.
