Call Center Benefits Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:
- Help you understand your benefit options
- Introduce the NEW MetLife Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity options
- Review your enrollment information and confirm your benefit elections
- Answer any questions you may have
Everyone MUST sign up for a day and time to speak with a Benefits Counselor over the phone to make enrollment elections/waivers.
