Schedule an appointment and a Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 850.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Benefits Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
