Benefit Counselors are available to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:
Schedule an appointment to meet in-person or speak telephonically with a Benefit Counselor. For Call Center appointments, the Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 850 or 205.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to meet with a Benefits Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
