Benefits Open Enrollment is February 14 – 25, 2023

Call Center Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:

  • Help you understand your benefit options
  • Review your enrollment information and confirm your benefit elections
  • Answer any questions you may have

All employees must schedule an appointment to speak with a Benefit Counselor.

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 850.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
