Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools 2025 Benefits Enrollment

Counselor assisted enrollments end on October, 25, however, you are still able to self-enroll in your benefits until Friday, November 1.

To enroll in the State Health Plan and to complete the tobacco attestation, that portal can be accessed through Employee Self-Service (State Health Plan tab). If you need assistance, please contact the State Health Plan at 855-859-0966.

For all other non-medical plans, you may enroll via the Employee Self-Service (Benefit Enrollment tab). If you have question or would like to enroll in the Trustmark STD or Universal Life with Long-term Care, please call 877-401-6390 to schedule an appointment before 11/1/2025.

Note: The CMS Service Center cannot assist you with completing your enrollments in either the State Medical or the Non-Medical benefits.
