What Is New for 2021?
- The State Health Plan is moving all enrolled members to the 70/30 plan. You MUST take action during open enrollment to elect the 80/20 plan. All employee premiums will reset to the highest rates, unless you complete the tobacco attestation that is required to be done annually.

Open enrollment will need to be completed in two (2) platforms.
- cms.hrintouch.com (SHP & Tobacco Attestation)
- Employee Self-Service for all other benefits
IF NO ACTION IS TAKEN, all current non-medical benefit plan elections will roll over in 2021 with the exception of the Flexible Spending Account elections. You must enroll/re-enroll annually for this benefit.
