Benefit Counselors can assist employees with their core benefits enrollment, adding or dropping dependents, adding voluntary benefits or adjusting contribution amounts to their Medical Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, or Health Savings Accounts.

NEW! Video Enrollment Session (VES)

This year, you will have the opportunity to complete your benefits enrollment via a Video Enrollment Session. This means that your Call Center Benefits Counselor will be visible during your appointment and have the opportunity for a visual screen share.

    Adding New Dependents? You are required to submit documentation to Employee Benefits within 5 Days of your enrollment. Please follow the steps below to upload dependent verification documents.

    • Log onto
    • Sign into your FBMC account
    • Choose "Access Selected Account"
    • Under "Welcome to myfbmc" announcement, select "Enrollment Link"
    • If documents are not provided within the allotted timeframe, the enrollment will not be approved and coverage will revert to the original elected plan
