New employees, or those just becoming eligible, must enroll in PeopleSoft immediately upon becoming eligible. Changes to the enrollment may be made within the first 31 days. Any enrollments or changes beyond the initial 31 days will not be accepted.
Employees who have questions about their benefit options can schedule an appointment with Call Center Benefit Counselors who can assist with the following:
- Explain the benefit options
- Answer benefits questions
- Complete enrollment for the Aflac Whole Life benefit
