Call Center Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:

  • Help you understand your benefit options
  • Answer any questions you may have
  • Enroll you in your benefits and review your elections with you

It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for all employees to make an appointment to speak with a Call Center Benefits Counselor to record their benefit elections or provide a record of declining.

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 205.

Be Prepared

Read your benefit materials, write down any benefit related questions and have date of births and SSNs for all dependents.
