Benefits Open Enrollment is September 16 - October 31, 2024

In person Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:

Provide an overview of your benefit options
Review your current enrollment information and assist with 2025 benefit elections
Answer any questions you may have

It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for all employees to make an appointment to meet with an onsite Benefit Counselor to complete their benefit elections or to waive benefit enrollment for 2025.

IMPORTANT - Please bring your PeopleSoft username and password to your appointment. Also, if you have a district approved laptop, you can use it for your enrollment session as well.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring your PeopleSoft username and password. If you are adding a new dependent(s), please have the individuals full name, date of birth, social security number (recommended), and contact information available.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to meet with a Benefits Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
