New HiresPre-schedule an appointment to meet with a benefit counselor. Counselors are available at several OhioHealth locations or select the Call Center in the drop-down appointment scheduling tool for a phone session.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to meet with a benefit counselor on the day and at the time of your convenience. Call center telephonic appointments are limited.
