Benefit counselors will be available to all benefit eligible associates to assist with the following services during your appointment. Priority given to appointments, walk ins welcome and taken based upon availability:
Pre-schedule an appointment to meet with a benefit counselor. If you have not made an appointment, walk-ins are now welcome. Counselors are available at several OhioHealth locations or select the Call Center in the drop-down appointment scheduling tool for a phone session.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to meet with a benefit counselor on the day and at the time of your convenience. Call center telephonic appointments are limited.
