Benefit Counselors are available onsite or telephonically via prescheduled appointment to all benefit eligible employees to assist with the following services during your appointment:

  • Help you understand your benefit options
  • Review your enrollment information and confirm your benefit elections
  • Answer any questions you may have

Onsite and Telephonic Appointments

Schedule an appointment with a Benefit Counselor onsite at certain locations and via telephonic call center.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
