Help you understand your benefit options
Answer any questions you may have
Enroll you in your benefits and review your elections with you

To ensure you fully understand your benefits, please have a family member or friend on the phone during your session to help you with translation.

Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.

Limited Appointments

Appointment times are limited. Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor at the date and time of your convenience.
