Call Center Benefit Counselors will be available December 2-6 to answer any questions and assist you in enrolling in your benefits. Schedule an appointment and a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 850 or 205. Counselors will assist with the following services during your appointment:
- Help you understand your benefit options
- Review your enrollment information and confirm your benefit elections
- Answer any questions you may have
