We are pleased to introduce enhancements designed to make benefits enrollment easier. Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees with advance scheduling of a 30-minute appointment. Benefit Counselors will help you with the following services during your appointment:

It is mandatory for all employees to make an appointment to meet with a Benefits Counselor to record their benefit elections or provide a record of declining.

BE PREPARED! YOUR APPOINTMENT SESSION CHECKLIST:

  • Make your appointment with the Benefit Counselor
  • Read your benefit materials prior to your appointment and write down any benefit related questions
  • Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute enrollment session
  • Bring the dates of birth and social security number(s) for all eligible dependent(s) to your appointment
