Call Center Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible associates to assist with the following services during your appointment:
When you schedule an appointment, a Call Center Benefit Counselor will call you at your requested time. The call will originate from either a 205 or 850 area code.
Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30 minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents even if you are not sure you will add them.
Book your appointment early to ensure that you have the opportunity to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor at the date and time that best fits your schedule.
