2025 Benefits New Hire Enrollment

As a recently hired employee, we know you're busy, and we know choosing the right benefits can be overwhelming. We are pleased to introduce enhancements designed to make benefits enrollment easier. Employees will have the opportunity to speak with a Benefits Counselor to experience a personalized educational enrollment session. During your appointment, the Benefit Counselor will:

Provide core benefits education on your Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, HSA, Term Life and Disability plans
Education you on the Voluntary Benefits with Atlantic American: Permanent Life, Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity
Answer any questions you may have
Complete Enrollment

Call Center Appointments

Schedule an appointment and a Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled time. The call will originate from area code 850 or 205.

Be Prepared

Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute session. Bring the dates of birth and social security numbers for all eligible dependents.

Mandatory Enrollment

All newly hired employees MUST complete their enrollment elections during the open enrollment window.
