Benefits Open Enrollment August 26 - October 25

We are pleased to introduce enhancements designed to make benefits enrollment easier. Call Center Benefits Counselors will be available to all UAPD Members with advance scheduling of a 30-minute appointment. Call Center Benefit Counselors will help you with the following services during your appointment:

• Help you understand your benefit options
• Review your enrollment information
• Confirm your benefit elections through the enrollment system
• Answer any questions you may have

Click the 'Schedule Your Appointment' button to the right to make your appointment. A Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled appointment time (the call will originate from area code 850).

BE PREPARED! YOUR APPOINTMENT SESSION CHECKLIST:

• Make your appointment with the Call Center Benefits Counselor
• Read your benefit materials prior to your appointment and discuss with family, if needed
• Be prepared to make benefit decisions during your 30-minute call center enrollment session
• Bring the dates of birth and social security number(s) for all eligible dependent(s) to your appointment
