We are pleased to continue enhancements designed to make benefits enrollment easier. Call Center Benefit Counselors will be available to all benefit eligible employees, with advance scheduling of a 30-minute appointment. During your appointment, the Benefit Counselor will:
- Help you understand your benefit options
- Educate you on all benefits including the NEW Legal and Identity Theft plans
- Review your enrollment information and confirm your benefit elections
This year’s enrollment is easy –
- Action is only required if you intend to participate in the Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Account, or would like to enroll/change the Unum Whole Life product.
- If no action is taken, your benefits elections will roll over and Flexible and Dependent Care Spending Accounts (if currently enrolled) will stop.
It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED for employees to speak with a Call Center Benefit Counselor to ensure correct elections are reflected for the upcoming plan year.
